Built on Experience
Hi I’m Ellyn.
I’m a Registered Social Worker and the owner of Mind Body Sport. I’ve spent more than a decade working in mental health, and over the past several years I’ve focused more specifically on working with athletes.
Having grown up in competitive sport myself, I understand what happens in sport doesn’t just stay there. Confidence, pressure, injuries, relationships, school, work, and everything else going on in life can all overlap. My approach is pretty straightforward: understand the whole person, not just the athlete or the problem that brought them in.
Whether you're just beginning your athletic journey, competing at the highest level, or staying active throughout adulthood, therapy can provide support through the challenges that come with both sport and life.
