At Mind Body Sport, we provide mental health support tailored to the unique demands of sport. Our evidence-based approach helps athletes, coaches, teams, and organizations strengthen mental resilience, manage stress, and enhance performance both in and out of the game.

Strong mental health is key to thriving in sport and life. We offer individual therapy, psychoeducational workshops, and consulting services to support a range of needs. This includes helping athletes navigate pressure and injury, guiding coaches in creating psychologically safe environments, and working with organizations to build cultures that value both performance and well-being.

As Registered Social Workers (RSWs) with specialized training in supporting individuals in sport, we take a trauma-informed, athlete-centered approach to breaking down stigma and promoting long-term mental wellness. Our psychotherapy services, rooted in evidence-based clinical care, use techniques like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address challenges like anxiety, stress, and burnout.

By integrating emotional well-being and psychological health into the athletic experience, we help individuals and teams build the tools to thrive not just in sport, but in life.
