Standard Session Rates

Individual Therapy: $190.00 (50 Minute Session)

Family Therapy: $200.00 (50 Minute Session)

**Shorter or extended session lengths are available upon request and will be prorated.

Additional Fees:

Official Professional Letter: $100.00

Reports: $100.00 per hour

Consultation with Alternative Supports (in excess of 15 minutes): Standard session rates apply

Phone Follow Up (in excess of 15 minutes): Standard session rates apply

  • Most services are covered by extended health benefit plans. To see what’s included, check with your provider or employer— plans vary and may require specific credentials so it is important to look into this prior to your first session.

    If you do not have coverage, or go above the allotted amount, any fees not covered can be claimed on your tax return.

  • Sessions are not covered by OHIP. They may be covered partially, or in full by extended health care plans. Please check with your individual plan to see if it covers therapy, and what you are covered for. Any fees not covered by your benefits plan can be claimed when you file your income tax return.

  • I am a Registered Social Worker through the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

    If looking into coverage for extended health benefits this is important to clarify!

  • Please note that I do not offer direct billing at this time. Clients are required to pay for services at the time of their appointment and submit the receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged the full session fee for the missed appointment. This gives us the chance to offer your time slot to someone else and accommodate your preferred change. We get it—life happens! If something comes up, just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to work with you!
